CommandProgressFloat Implementation Plan
For agentic workers: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (

Goal: 抽出地图指令进度浮层为展示组件；轮询/状态机留页面。
Architecture: CommandProgressFloat.vue 接收 open/title/deviceName/step/status/result/error/terminalLabel，emit close。
